- Please be advised there is a nonrefundable deposit that's required to confirm your appointment. The deposit goes towards your service and the remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment.
 

- There are NO refunds on your deposit for cancellations.

- You are able to reschedule your appointment & the deposit will go towards the service.
*If you need to reschedule again, you will have to make a new appointment and the deposit will be forfeited.
 

- A $15 late fee will be charged if you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
 

- The address will be given the day before your appointment.

- Any same day customizations will be an additional charge of $20.

- Wigs that have not been installed by me will be an additional charge of $20.
 

- Any squeeze in appointments that is outside my availability will be an extra charge of $40
(appointments will be made directly through me) 

- There are absolutely NO refunds on any services provided.
